Production capacity

"Zelenitsa Family Winery" is equipped with everything necessary to produce wines of the highest quality. The winery, with a total area of 300 m2, equipped with professional equipment (presses, mixers, crushers, fermentation tanks, flotation tanks, filtration systems, etc.).

The wine is aged in French and Ukrainian oak barrels. The noble drink is stored in a special wine cellar with an area of 110 m.2.

At all stages of production, the following indicators are monitored:

  • Grape acidity;
  • Wort acidity;
  • Wine strength;
  • Amount of residual sugar;
  • Temperature during production and storage;
  • Humidity.

Today, the company's production capacity allows it to produce up to 20 tons of wine per season.
