Winemaking

We are a small team of people passionate about winemaking. Each of us was busy with different things in life, until 6 years ago we were united by wine. Among us there are traditionalists and bold experimenters. We grow grapes and bring them in if the ideal composition of the product requires it.

We have a wine laboratory where we constantly improve flavors, techniques, and aging methods. Thanks to this, each wine has its own truly unique story, and you can learn how and to what extent the drinks bottled in French and Ukrainian oak barrels differ.

We have hectares of vineyards in the heart of Podilskie Tovtry, where a variety of varieties grow, which are the basis of both classic drinks and interesting new blends. Here we are charged with the atmosphere, feel the connection, catch the aura of creators and convert this energy into wines. And here is the perfect place for an intoxicating break from the daily hustle and bustle.

More about the Demetra-2010 Farmland

           Private enterprise "Demetra-2010" is a multi-profile farm with an area of over 600 hectares, located in the village of Boryshkivtsi, Kamianets-Podilskyi district.

The enterprise was formed as a result of the reorganization of LLC "ZS-LTD".

         Founder and head of the private enterprise "Demetra-2010" Anatoliy Volodymyrovych Zelenytsia – a farmer with more than 25 years of experience, the head of the association "Agricultural Producers of Podillia", a breeder and philanthropist, who has been repeatedly awarded state awards, confidently leads his enterprise along the planned path. During the period of his professional activity, Anatoly Volodymyrovych organized the cultivation of the entire grain group, soybeans, rapeseed, alfalfa, haylage, in the field of livestock breeding – the cultivation of dairy cows and horses. At one time, he organized a workshop for the production of meat and sausage products, a workshop for the production of hard cheeses, a workshop for the production of halva, grillage and other confectionery products.

The enterprise is developing in many directions, namely:

Also, in the past, the company was engaged in livestock breeding and milk production.

         Constant experiments with agricultural technologies allow us to improve yield results every year. Close cooperation with such enterprises as Ternopil Dairy Plant "Molokia", LLC "Ukrainian Crystal", "Nibulon", "Ekoliniya", "KVS" is proof of the reliability of such a partner as PE "Demetra-2010".
